Brandmint Promotes Taylor Inman to Senior Client Success Manager

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Taylor Inman to Senior Client Success Manager. A native of Rochester, Inman steps into this elevated role with a strong foundation in client strategy, relationship-building, and a deep understanding of the marketing landscape.

Since joining Brandmint in May 2023, Inman has been integral to driving client success through strategic campaign development and execution. Her expertise in crafting comprehensive campaign decks and fine-tuning client strategies has ensured Brandmint’s clients receive tailored, impactful solutions aligned with their goals.

In her new role, Inman will lead strategic efforts across Brandmint's portfolio of top clients, focusing on enhancing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results. She will work closely with internal teams and external partners, collaborating to create innovative, results-driven campaigns.

Based in Brandmint’s Rochester office, Inman, who holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from SUNY Brockport, will continue to serve local and regional clients while taking on expanded responsibilities overseeing strategic initiatives for the agency’s high-profile accounts. In her leadership role, she will also contribute to the training and mentoring of future client success team members, sharing her expertise and best practices.
