Over the past year and a half, Innovation Square has transformed the building formerly known as the Xerox tower in Downtown Rochester. Innovation Square envisioned making the 30-story tower into a mix of student apartments, featuring educational components, while also maintaining 10 floors of commercial space.

We performed qualitative research to identify Innovation Square’s identity prism, personality dimensions, and brand archetype. We leveraged this research to create an imaginative and informative website, creative ads, and an email nurture campaign for any students interested in learning more about available apartments.
We then designed guidelines and used them for photoshoots to appeal to college students and highlight the property’s amenities. The photos were used across various mediums including social media and web.
