With a one month free promotion, heads started to turn. Using a mix of paid ads, Marketing Automation, interactive forms, and content creation, strangers turned into residents, and quickly.

Brandmint promoted East Pointe Apartments through a series of multichannel marketing funnels including paid social media, landing page and email marketing to increase rental leads.

In May 2020, East Pointe Apartments was occupied at 65% and leased at 84%. As of November they are 99% occupied and 99% leased with only one apartment to rent. Our efforts not only aided in increased occupancy, but we were able to increase awareness of this new property to assist with future efforts.
