Responsibilities

  • Make recommendations for new campaigns as it pertains to placement and budget.

  • Build and manage advertising campaigns across platforms, ensuring efficient day-to-day execution.

  • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant digital advertising KPIs to guide performance improvements.

  • Conduct in-depth ad grouping, audience targeting, and testing to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure campaign strategies align with organizational and client goals.

  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to stakeholders.

  • Track campaign performance using UTMs and other tools, ensuring accurate attribution and reporting.

  • Stay current on industry best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with expertise in:

    • Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager (including custom audiences and attribution modeling)

    • Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video)

    • StackAdapt or similar DSP for programmatic advertising

    • SEMRush or similar

    • Testing strategies and campaign optimization

    • Pixel & conversion setup, troubleshooting, and performance tracking

  • Available Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm EST.

  • Available for occasional in-person meetings in Rochester, NY.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-starter with the ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Pay

$40/hour, Not to exceed 30 hours/month.
