Role Overview

This person will manage Brandmint’s client’s paid search and paid social advertising across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and occasional one-off requests for TikTok, LinkedIn, and other direct ad platforms. Responsibilities include campaign buildout, optimization, reporting, and full funnel performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with occasional request on TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed.

  • Make campaign recommendations backed by data including, but not limited to, targeting and budget.

  • Handle all structure, audience targeting, tracking setup, creative placement, and campaign configuration.

  • Optimize campaigns regularly to improve ROI, lower CPA, and increase conversions.

  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, audiences, and strategies as needed.

  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters across platforms.

  • Provide monthly reporting with clear insights, trends, and recommendations

  • Collaborate with Brandmint’s internal teams on creative needs, messaging alignment, and campaign strategy.

  • Involvement in monthly client facing meetings to discuss strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with expertise in:

    • Meta Ads Manager (including custom audiences and attribution modeling)

    • Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video)

    • Testing strategies and campaign optimization

    • Pixel & conversion setup, troubleshooting, and performance tracking

  • Work in our Rochester or Ithaca, NY office.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-starter with the ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
