Job Overview

The Client Success Specialist will manage client relationships through project tracking, reporting, and meeting support. Key tasks include in-person representation, relaying client updates, and overall support for the Client Success Team.

Responsibilities

Weekly

Account Support:

  • Coordinate with all teams to compile and update a weekly status report to Client Success Manager summarizing ongoing projects, client updates, and pending tasks.

Timelines:

  • Use Monday Project Management software to ensure all tasks are being completed on time.

  • Follow up with internal teams to address delays, providing proactive support and solutions to keep tasks moving forward.

  • Communicate progress and anticipated challenges to the Client Success Manager.

Meetings & Internal Communication:

  • Sit in on client meetings alongside the Client Success Manager, capturing detailed notes on discussions, decisions, and action items.

  • Translate meeting notes into actionable tasks and assign responsibilities within Monday for seamless internal follow-up.

  • Provide periodic updates to the internal team on meeting outcomes, upcoming deadlines, and client priorities.

Monthly

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Review reports prepared by the Analytics & Technology Manager and provide recommendations, answer questions.

As Needed

Campaign Planning & Strategy:

  • Participate in campaign-specific planning meetings to contribute strategic insights and creative ideas, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand messaging.

  • Ensure recommended optimizations are rolled out promptly and document in Monday.

In-Person Client Representation:

  • Attend client meetings in person on behalf of the Client Success Manager when they are unavailable, ensuring a seamless experience and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Prepare for meetings by reviewing relevant project details, client history, and key talking points to ensure continuity and confidence in representation.

Client Communication & Retention:

  • Work with the Client Success team to monitor and assess client health and identify upsell opportunities.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends to improve skills.

Requirements

  • Available to work in our Rochester or Ithaca office.

  • Strong organizational skills.
