Responsibilities
Responsibilities
1. Strategy:
Support Client Success Manager with strategic planning for client accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and optimization of campaigns.
Monitor trends, current events, and industry developments to shape messaging strategies and identify media opportunities such as anniversaries, rebrands, new hires, product launches, and events.
Review reports prepared by the Analytics & Technology Manager, provide recommendations, and answer client questions.
Attend client meetings in person on behalf of the Client Success Manager when they are unavailable, ensuring a seamless experience and maintaining strong client relationships.
2. Project Management:
Manage project timelines using Monday Project Management software and work with internal team to to ensure timely task and/or project completion.
Translate client meeting notes into actionable tasks and assign responsibilities within Monday.
Communicate progress, challenges, and resolutions to internal teams and clients.
3. Building Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication and fostering positive interactions.
Requirements
Available to work in our Rochester office.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
Pay Range
$21/hour
